A laser light show basically involves the entertainment of an audience via the use of laser lights. The quantity of laser lights is completely dependent upon the wishes of the organiser who can choose to use just one. A laser light show may comprise of projected laser beams which are set to music, or the beams may accompany a dance concert, musical performance, or an assortment of other entertainment forms. The coherent nature of laser light enables a narrow beam to be created which allows patterns to be drawn on walls, ceilings, or on the smoke and fog that is generated.

The light chosen for a laser light show must be bright but can be any bulb, including gu10 led bulbs. Laser scanners basically consist of a multiplicity of small mirrors which are attached to galvanometers which then control the voltage that is subsequently applied. The amount of voltage applied correlates to the amount of times the beam is deflected.
